Ứng dụng AloXe (gói iOS: com.nnfolove.aloxe) cho phép khách đặt xe du lịch,
tài xế quản lý chuyến và nhà xe quản trị vận hành. Chúng tôi xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân chỉ cho mục đích vận
hành dịch vụ, bảo mật và tuân thủ pháp luật.
1. Chủ thể xử lý dữ liệu
Đơn vị vận hành ứng dụng AloXe (nhà phát hành trên App Store) là chủ thể quyết định mục đích và phương
thức xử lý dữ liệu. Thông tin liên hệ chính thức được công bố trên trang ứng dụng tại App Store Connect.
2. Dữ liệu chúng tôi thu thập
Tài khoản & hồ sơ: họ tên, số điện thoại, email (nếu bạn đăng ký), tên hiển thị,
ảnh đại diện (nếu có).
Đặt xe & vận hành: điểm đón, điểm đến, ngày giờ, loại xe, số khách, ghi chú, mã đơn,
trạng thái đơn, thông tin liên hệ trên đơn.
Vị trí: khi bạn cấp quyền, ứng dụng có thể truy cập vị trí thiết bị để hiển thị bản đồ
và chọn địa điểm đón/đến.
Tài xế & xe (khi đăng ký tài xế): thông tin bằng lái, ảnh giấy tờ (ví dụ CCCD, GPLX),
thông tin và ảnh phương tiện phục vụ xét duyệt và vận hành.
Xác thực: số điện thoại có thể được dùng để gửi mã OTP qua SMS thông qua nhà cung cấp
dịch vụ xác thực (ví dụ Prelude).
Thông báo đẩy: mã thông báo thiết bị (push token) để gửi thông báo về đơn hàng và phân
công (qua nền tảng Expo Push Notifications).
Thanh toán (một chiều, khi áp dụng): thông tin giao dịch, số tiền, trạng thái thanh toán
liên quan tới luồng thanh toán (ví dụ tích hợp Sepay / QR). Chi tiết thẻ ngân hàng không được lưu trong
ứng dụng AloXe theo cách thông thường của thanh toán qua bên thứ ba.
Nhật ký kỹ thuật: dữ liệu cần thiết để bảo mật, chống lạm dụng và vận hành API (ví dụ
địa chỉ IP, thời gian, mã lỗi) tùy cấu hình máy chủ.
3. Dịch vụ bên thứ ba & mạng công cộng
Ứng dụng có thể gọi các dịch vụ bên ngoài để hoạt động: tìm kiếm địa chỉ (OpenStreetMap Nominatim), tính
tuyến đường (OSRM hoặc dịch vụ routing tương đương), bản đồ nhúng, gửi SMS OTP, thanh toán, và gửi thông báo
đẩy. Các bên này có chính sách riêng; dữ liệu gửi tới họ chỉ trong phạm vi cần cho tính năng tương ứng.
4. Mục đích sử dụng
Tạo và quản lý đặt xe, phân công tài xế/xe, cập nhật trạng thái chuyến.
Xác minh danh tính tài xế và tuân thủ yêu cầu vận hành.
Gửi thông báo liên quan đơn hàng.
Xử lý thanh toán theo cấu hình nhà xe (khi có).
Bảo mật, phòng chống gian lận, hỗ trợ khách hàng.
Tuân thủ nghĩa vụ pháp lý.
5. Lưu trữ & bảo mật
Dữ liệu được lưu trên máy chủ do nhà vận hành kiểm soát và được bảo vệ bằng các biện pháp phù hợp (truyền
tải mã hóa HTTPS, phân quyền truy cập, v.v.). Thời gian lưu giữ phụ thuộc nhu cầu vận hành và pháp luật.
6. Quyền của bạn
Tùy luật hiện hành, bạn có thể có quyền truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xóa, hạn chế xử lý, khiếu nại hoặc rút lại sự
đồng ý (nếu xử lý dựa trên đồng ý). Liên hệ nhà phát hành qua kênh được công bố trên App Store để thực hiện
yêu cầu hợp lệ.
7. Trẻ em
Dịch vụ không nhắm tới người dưới 13 tuổi (hoặc độ tuổi tối thiểu theo luật địa phương). Chúng tôi không cố
ý thu thập dữ liệu trẻ em.
8. Thay đổi chính sách
Chúng tôi có thể cập nhật trang này. Ngày “cập nhật lần cuối” phía trên phản ánh phiên bản hiện tại. Tiếp
tục dùng ứng dụng sau khi thay đổi có hiệu lực nghĩa là bạn ghi nhận bản cập nhật (trừ khi luật yêu cầu khác).

AloXe (iOS bundle identifier: com.nnfolove.aloxe) is a travel ride-booking
application for customers, drivers, and fleet operators. We process personal information to operate the
service, maintain security, and comply with applicable law.
1. Data controller
The organization listed as the publisher of AloXe on the App Store is the controller responsible for
determining the purposes and means of processing. Official contact details are provided on the app’s App
Store listing.
2. Information we collect
Account & profile: name, phone number, email (if you register), display name, and
profile photo where provided.
Bookings & operations: pickup and drop-off locations, schedule, vehicle type, party
size, notes, booking reference, booking status, and contact details on the booking.
Location: with your permission, the app may access device location to show maps and help
you select pickup and drop-off points.
Driver & vehicle onboarding: driver license details and document images (e.g. national
ID, driver license), and vehicle information and images for verification and operations.
Verification: phone numbers may be used to send one-time passcodes via SMS through a
verification provider (e.g. Prelude).
Push notifications: device push tokens to deliver booking and assignment notifications
(via Expo Push Notifications).
Payments (one-way trips, where enabled): transaction metadata such as amounts and payment
status related to integrated flows (e.g. Sepay / QR). Card data is not stored inside AloXe in the typical
third-party payment model.
Technical logs: information needed for security, abuse prevention, and API operations
(e.g. IP address, timestamps, error codes), depending on server configuration.
3. Third-party services
The app may rely on external services including address search (OpenStreetMap Nominatim), routing (OSRM or
equivalent), embedded maps, SMS OTP delivery, payments, and push delivery. Those providers have their own
policies; we only send data that is necessary for the relevant feature.
4. How we use information
Create and manage bookings, assign drivers and vehicles, and update trip status.
Verify driver eligibility and meet operational requirements.
Send notifications related to bookings.
Process payments according to operator configuration, where applicable.
Maintain security, prevent fraud, and provide support.
Comply with legal obligations.
5. Retention & security
Data is stored on infrastructure controlled by the operator and protected with appropriate safeguards (such
as HTTPS in transit and access controls). Retention depends on operational needs and legal requirements.
6. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, object, or
withdraw consent where processing is consent-based. Contact the publisher through the App Store listing to
submit a valid request.
7. Children
The service is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not
knowingly collect personal information from children.
8. Changes
We may update this page. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the current version. Continued use of
the app after changes become effective constitutes acknowledgment unless applicable law requires otherwise.
